We offer a 30-day limited warranty for the devices and kits we sell on our website.
This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing that you discover on receipt and inspection of your device, or that become evident in the initial use of your device. This warranty does not cover any issues that arise from normal wear and tear, or any problems that may occur due to improper use of your device.
Please be sure to retain all product packaging and accessories when you purchase any item with a warranty, as all returns must be received with the original packaging and all accessories.
Replacement coils, replacement pods, and other consumable, one-time use, or disposable items are not covered under this warranty.
Please contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of your device’s defect, and a photo showing the defect or issue (if possible). We respond to all customer emails and return requests within one (1) business day (Monday - Friday).
Our team may ask you to perform a few troubleshooting steps in case your problem can be resolved without a return. If you’d like to try troubleshooting with an experienced Giant Vapes team member before requesting a return, please feel free to give us a call - we’re happy to help you learn the ins and outs of your new vape device!
If we’re unable to resolve the issue with troubleshooting, we’ll email you a printable prepaid return label (domestic shipments only; see international returns if you are located outside the US) so that you can return your defective item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement device or kit out within (1) business day, using the same shipping service you chose on your original order.
Some hardware sold on our website may have an extended or lifetime warranty offered by the manufacturer. Please check the warranty card included with your product for information about any extended warranty offers. These extended warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer, and Giant Vapes does not provide refunds, credit, service, repairs or replacements on behalf of any manufacturer as part of the manufacturer extended warranty.
We are happy to offer the same 30-day Return Policy on hardware items to our international customers, but we are unable to provide pre-paid return labels to any customers located outside of the United States. If you are located overseas and have a qualifying defective hardware item to return, please contact email@example.com for return instructions.
Replacement coils, replacement pods, and other consumable/disposable hardware items are not covered under this warranty.
We guarantee that your Giant Vapes order will arrive intact and undamaged. If your shipment or an item in your shipment arrives damaged, just email a photo of the package and damaged item along with a detailed description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll put a replacement for the damaged item in the mail for you within one business day.
All damaged shipment reports must be received via email within 24 hours of your shipment's delivery scan to be eligible for immediate replacement. Replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping method chosen on your original order. Damaged item may need to be returned in some cases.
All sales for consumable or disposable products are final. We cannot accept returns on or offer refunds for the following types of products:
E-Liquids, Nicotine Salts, CBD Products, Vape Tanks, Replacement Coils/Atomizers, Replacement Pods, Disposable Vape Pens, Pre-Filled Vape Pods, or any other oral-use, consumable, or disposable product.
Products listed in the Clearance section or sold at Clearance price are not eligible for return or refund.
Any attempts to return consumable, oral-use or disposable products will be refused, for the safety of our customers and employees.
Any package containing a return submitted without a Return Mailer Authorization or other written approval for return from a Giant Vapes employee, regardless of content, will be refused and returned to the originating shipper for the safety of our customers and employees.
