The Orion takes 2.0ml pods that come in 0.25 ohm and 0.5 ohm resistances. Both pods feature an air-flow ring at the base of the mouthpiece which can be adjusted to accommodate both mouth-to-lung and direct-to-lung vapers.
Lost Vape recommends the following ejuice types for each pod:
0.25 ohm pods for standard sub-ohm ejuice
