WRONG.  At least not in New England.  Up here a frappe (It’s pronounced frap.  None of this frappay garbage) is an ice cream milkshake made with real fruit and made so thick you either need to eat it with a shovel, or be capable of sucking a golf ball through a garden hose if you plan on using a straw.  And that’s how we like it.  And you will, too.
